Hello,

I’m having the following issue compiling fsl 6.0.0 in Ubuntu 18.04. Specifically libmeshutils, I get the following error:

/lib/libMVdisc.a(MVdisc.o): In function `mvdisc::MVdisc::saveLDAParams(std::string const&) const':

MVdisc.cc:(.text+0x2898): undefined reference to `void fslvtkio::fslvtkIO::addFieldData<NEWMAT::ReturnMatrixX>(NEWMAT::ReturnMatrixX const&, std::string const&, std::string const&)'

/lib/libMVdisc.a(MVdisc.o): In function `mvdisc::MVdisc::saveLDAParams(std::string const&, NEWMAT::Matrix const&) const':

MVdisc.cc:(.text+0x2edf): undefined reference to `void fslvtkio::fslvtkIO::addFieldData<NEWMAT::ReturnMatrixX>(NEWMAT::ReturnMatrixX const&, std::string const&, std::string const&)'

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

Makefile:40: recipe for target 'run_mesh_utils' failed

make: *** [run_mesh_utils] Error 1

make: Target 'all' not remade because of errors.

Any advice?

Chris.
