Hi, I'm trying to correct some distortion of the sinuses in my EPI images using topup, however, my images are not DTI images, only regular EPI images for RS-fMRI. I keep getting error messages, and I suspect it is related to that the b02b0.cnf assumes there should be 6 directions - is this correct, and is there another config file for non-DTI corrections, or if not, does anyone know how I should modify the config file?
