Custom files are pretty simple. For the three column version, you simply create a .txt file where each row defines an event. E.g.:

10 5 1

25 1 1

45 5 1

30 1 1

Here the first event starts at 10 seconds and lasts 5 seconds. The second starts at 25 and lasts 1 second. The final column refers to the amplitude of the specific event, but for most models this is kept constant (e.g. here, 1 ).
