When you say in the learner record can you explain exactly where you mean? Is it under learner search, learner manager or somewhere in exams manager.

In the learner record, select Exam Details tab and there is a field called Unspecified Candidate Number.
We couldn’t figure out a way to input it directly into the Manager grids.

I need to input UAL registration numbers but I can not work out how to do it. Would anyone know, please?
