From similar experience, I would be really wary of those firms. Risk linked to DP is in reputation, trust, wary partners, the unwanted attention of the ICO, additional DSARs flooding in...and the way the impact is handled in terms of PR can make everything better or much worse! And that's just regular organisations, Health & Care is a whole other can of worms. I'd be interested in what methodology such firms use.
There is a lot of demand for that kind of service, but I don't believe the data is there just yet to really have good estimates. At least as far as I am aware. We here stick with a qualitative approach with basic quantitative estimates.
