Could you let us know (maybe off-list since not truly CCP4 related)
what beamline those data were collected and when - and which autoPROC
version [1] you are using? There are (nearly) as many ways of writing
HDF5 datasets as there are detectors for collecting those datasets
plus multiple variants and versions ... all with at least slightly
different layout and content of meta-data.
We have a list of known (to us) beamlines at [2] that tries to
summarise our current knowledge about the state of synchrotron
beamlines around the world. You might notice that there are gaps and
possibly some bits of information could be out-of-date [3].
