The course is held in the School of Social Sciences at the University of Manchester, run by excellent research staff as part of the Cathie Marsh Institute<https://www.cmist.manchester.ac.uk/>
Here is a quick run through of the course:

Participants will learn the useful key concepts (such as cases, variables, values, and levels of measurement) to perform basic descriptive data analysis. By the end of the day, participants will be familiar with the software; know how to open a data file, enter data, and do basic data manipulations; and be able to produce simple descriptive statistics, one- and two-way tables, as well as simple graphs.

This is an introductory course and requires no previous experience with PSPP or data analysis.
