I've found a couple online I'm going to take to the meeting we've got due to discuss it, but I am keen to see how everyone else is doing it, and how it factors into their role (or not). We do it as an aside to our curatorial roles, as there's not a dedicated SM/Marketing bod but I'm keen to know how other organisations maintain a balance of post focuses and themes... I was wondering if anyone has access to their organisations SM policies/guides etc and would be willing to share? If you are, I'm happy to get the details off-list, but it really would be appreciated. Any research you'can point me towards done on what topics/themes/areas are proving most popular also appreciated (I'm looking at our own stats, but I'm curious if its a similar weighting on others. That's not so important- but interesting. I did attend the SCHG Social Media training a couple of years ago - which I found useful at the time (wouldn't mind a refresher though!), so I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask the question of the list!
