Hi,

I have had the "Error- Click to retry" message intermittently for months. I've always ended up having to abandon ship and start again the next day.
Today, the "AND/OR/Combine" text box is greyed out when trying to combine search strings within the same database.

So you are not alone.

Dear HDAS support team
I have been using Medline today and this search has stopped letting me combine lines, it started off intermittently an hour or so ago and now appears to be stuck in that mode. I tried leaving HDAS and shutting down Google Chrome but it still wouldn't work:
