Hi Rebekah

I'd just like to add the HER audit to the useful suggestions already made. The audit enables you to get to know your HER in detail supported by guidance from the HIPs team and a small grant. We can provide free OASIS training too.

Let me know if you would like more information.

Best wishes
Jane

Subject: reading suggestions

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone (esp HER officers or assistants) have any suggestions for reading material for those quite new to a HER role, things that would help with general understanding and more specialist understanding too. I am happy with HER searches and I am now building my confidence on adding reports to the HER. I'm not completely new to the task but I know that I want to build my knowledge so that the process is easier. Is there any thing that anyone read when they were quite new to HERs that they specifically found really useful?

Thank you,
Bek
