Hi all, I’m keen to kickstart providing development opportunities for our core facilitator staff in the next few months and wondered if any of you wonderful lot had advice on or examples of the following: * Compiling a Training Needs Analysis survey for facilitation skills * Facilitator training resources e.g. resource packs, training sessions etc We have a fantastic team of facilitators who are great at what they do – but I’d like to offer more space and time to learn/reflect!
