Hello,
I tried to run group-level MELODIC analysis using the following script:
melodic -i input_files.txt -o groupICA15 \
--tr=0.72 --nobet --bgthreshold=1 -a concat \
--bgimage=$FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain.nii.gz \
-m $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain_mask.nii.gz \
--report --Oall -d 15
However, I ran into the following error:
: ERROR:: background image and data have different dimensions
I presume this is due to the fact that the images I am using are not standardized. What is the ideal way to overcome this issue?
