Hi,
the training dataset is not related to the total number of subjects to be analysed.
In general we found that 10-20 subjects are usually enough to derive a good training dataset.

I would suggest starting with this number and evaluate the performance of BIANCA against the manual mask to verify that the training is good enough with that amount of subjects.
More details here:

Hope it helps,
Ludovica

Hi

I want to use BIANCA on a dataset of about 100 subjects. Based on this number, how large should the training dataset be?

Thank you.
