Hello, I need to somehow extract the data used in the motion reports (i.e. a text file for each subject showing framewise displacement at each volume across the scan). I need to be able to statistically compare whether different groups of subjects had different motion, not just across the scan as a whole, but during different blocks of the scan. I know this data exists as it is used to create the motion plots in the motion report, but how can I extract as text files?
