Dear FSL experts,

Sorry to ask again but can somebody take few minutes to look at this issue ?

If I were able to see the plot after the first step of the PNM it would definitively help me understand why the pnm_evs step does not work.

I try to use PNM and then use the output for FEAT. I run into some errors when running pnm_evs:

An exception has been thrown
Logic error:- detected by Newmat: index error: requested index = 2

MatrixType = Rect # Rows = 0; # Cols = 1
Trace: main.

In addition the html files don't give me any plot.

I uploaded all the files using the fsl link here (pnm_abore.tar.gz) as well as the code to reproduce the error.

I would be really thankfull if you can take a little bit of time to look at it.
