Hi Simin,

This isn't possible in randomise, unless you save all permutations and write a script to assemble the distribution of the maximum across separate runs. Instead, use PALM with multiple input modalities (i.e., multiple "-i"), then include the option "-corrmod".

As in PPI, for each ROI a separate analysis is done, is a correction for multiple comparisons necessary for this analysis? Mostly doing such a thing is not reported in papers.
