Hi Simin,

This isn't possible in randomise, unless you save all permutations and write a script to assemble the distribution of the maximum across separate runs. Instead, use PALM with multiple input modalities (i.e., multiple "-i"), then include the option "-corrmod".

All the best,

Anderson

ِDear Anderson,

Thanks for your reply.

Please could you let me know how the correction can be done in randomise?

Kind regards,
Simin

Hi Simin,

Certainly you'd want to correct. It can be done with PALM at the group level.

All the best,

Anderson

Dear FSL users,

As in PPI, for each ROI a separate analysis is done, is a correction for multiple comparisons necessary for this analysis? Mostly doing such a thing is not reported in papers.

Thanks & kind regards,
Simin
