 -i all_FA_skeletonised.nii.gz -o fa -D -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask.nii.gz -d design.mat -t design.con --T2 --uncorrp --vxl=6 --vxf=all_wmh_skeletonised.nii.gz -n 200

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
