Hi Randomise experts,
I'm running randomise for a single group of 470+ FA skeletonised images, accounting for covariates of age, sex, education, race, etc. And I'm wondering if everything makes sense as follows?
I used Text2Vest to generate the design matrix and contrast, because it took long to generate them in Glm GUI.
The design matrix looks like:

The randomise options used:-i all_FA_skeletonised.nii.gz -o fa -D -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask.nii.gz -d design.mat -t design.con --T2 --uncorrp --vxl=6 --vxf=all_wmh_skeletonised.nii.gz -n 200
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
