I prepared the 4D mgh thickness file from mris_preproc of Freesurfer to use as input of palm function. Now I want to compare thickness across control and patient groups. I am interest in both t-test and ANOVA using subject ages as covariate. My call will be something as: palm -i lh.CDHthickness.mgh -d design.mat -t design.con -f design.fts -s lh.pial -T -tfce2D -o myresults_thickness -n 1000 -corrcon Unfortunately, I have problems defining design matrix (design.mat) and contrasts (design.con and design.fts). I would like to obtain tfce statistic maps fot tstat and fstat, where different conditions are evaluated (particularly "patients > controls" and "controls > patients"). Can you help me about that ?
