    I used the following command and asked for 8 mpi processes (we have 4x K80):
   `which relion_autopick_mpi` --i CtfFind/job002/micrographs_ctf.star --odir AutoPick/job006/ --pickname autopick --ref ../../Talos_UMass/auto_temp.mrcs --invert  --ctf  --ang 5 --shrink 1 --lowpass 20 --threshold 0.8 --min_distance 150 --max_stddev_noise 1.1 --gpu ""
echo CtfFind/job002/micrographs_ctf.star > AutoPick/job006/coords_suffix_autopick.star
