Well, it is possible -- there could be one or two items even that could be distinguished by a local, especially one not socioeconomically part of the twitterworld. I recall spending summers on a farm near Avon, Illinois (west-central), with no notable isoglosses around, and discovered that I could identify teen-agers from Avon, even in a dark movie theater (cinema), by their stress on the second syllable of the word.
