Mobility of Things: Pasts, Presents and Futures National Railway Museum, York 17-18 Dec, 2018 A two-day conference exploring the theme of "movement of things" in a past, present or future context. Registration tickets are now available for a stimulating couple of days with scholars from a wide variety of fields. They will be discussing and debating their work on issues of mobility and movement: from the physical to the metaphysical, things, people, ideas and concepts are all to be covered in a lively mix of topics. Tickets are only £5 per day for students, £6 for non-students (and it includes lunch on the 18th) and are available for either or both days.
