Thanks to everyone who responded to my query about CPD Launchpad. It is a Mark Allen portfolio tool. Jas from Mark Allen passed on the following: "CPD Launchpad is a MA Healthcare resource, which we launched about a year and a half ago. This was created to help both nurses and midwives with revalidation, offering them the possibility to complete their personal CPD requirements and also to track their revalidation activities and store documentation via the online portfolio. The personal CPD modules offered on CPD Launchpad are based on articles from MA Healthcare journals. Users can register to the site for free and there are a number of modules (roughly 30% of all modules) that can be accessed for free. As access to all modules requires an institutional subscription, we have options for institutional authentication via OpenAthens and Shibboleth. So, if a user is from an institution that does have a full subscription, they are required to both register and authenticate."
