With many of us taking time off over the holiday season here's a helpful reminder of all the ALPSP Early Bird booking deadlines falling over the next few weeks. So don't miss out on these member savings and enjoy that festive break!

Publication Ethics: Fraud and misconduct on 20 March 2019 - Early bird ends 20 December
A wide range of ethical issues can arise in academic publishing. These can be caused by misbehaving authors (e.g. committing plagiarism or fraud), by abuse of editorial positions and also by conflicts between publishers' and societies' commercial interests and principles of editorial freedom and integrity. This course will cover how to detect and deal effectively with possible misconduct and show the importance of having sound ethical policies.
