Customer Services Group UK are pleased to announce their latest event aimed at front line customer services staff will take place in February 2019 in Leicester.  
 
This is a knowledge sharing event for Library Assistants and those in similar roles, providing the opportunity to share the work they do, ideas that they have had implemented or projects they have worked on. 

If you or members of your team would like to share your experiences and gain skills in presenting please send your suggestions (title and brief description) to [log in to unmask] by 4 January.  Sessions will be 20 minutes including questions. 
 
We can offer a free place to the first presenter from each institution.

Bookings for the event will open in January. Cost = £25.
