I’d be interested in hearing (off-list) from anyone who is experiencing problems with the O’Reilly for Higher Education (previously known as Safari Books Online), with ProQuest acting as the agent in the UK.  We are concerned with the hyper-inflated pricing over the three year term, with a contract which does not permit a break clauses in the first three years.
