Using the ‘bet’ command FSL6 on Ubuntu 16.04, I’m getting a “Unable to satisfy request for memory” error. #/usr/local/fsl6/bin/bet dti.nii dti-brain.nii Unable to satisfy request for memory Aborted (core dumped) #which bet /usr/local/fsl6/bin/bet Running the same command in FSL 5.0.10 and I don’t get any errors. Any suggestions?
