Hi Takanori et al, As of December 27, I'm now also encountering the "unable to load micrograph" warning (although it's really a fatal error). These micrographs were corrected using MotionCor2 from within Relion 3 beta, and then a subset selection was run. During training for Bayesian polishing I get in: /home/heumannj/Downloads/relion-3.0_beta/src/rwSPIDER.h, line 151 warning: unable to load micrograph #1 for each of the 50 micrographs selected for training. I just fetched from bitucket and re-built today, so everything should be the latest version.
