Dear All I am about to refine a structure containing an N-terminal pyruvoyl residue (naturally derived from serine), which is commonly seen in many decarboxylases. My question is how to make Coot incorporate and refine this modified residue? Or how can I make Coot recognize it as a part of polypeptide, not as a free ligand, i.e., pyruvate?
