Hi all I was wondering if any UK lab uses Roche enzymatic assay for creatinine measurement instead of Jaffe? We are on Jaffe by Roche and wish to switch to enzymatic assay entirely. We still do enzymatic for icteric samples and paeds. If you use Roche enzymatic I would appreciate your experience on the pros and cons of it when compared to Jaffe (e.g. cost, interference, etc..).
