Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organising committee, we are pleased to announce that the 8th meeting of the ICAZ Archaeozoology, Genetics and Morphometrics (AGM) Working Group will be held from 17th to 18th October 2019 at the Natural History Museum of Paris.

This year, we would like to broaden this working group to include “Proteomics” and renamed this workshop “Archaeozoology, Genetics, Proteomics and Morphometrics” (AGPM). For this reason we will have the honour to have Prof Matthew Collins (Oxford University) as guest speaker to introduce our meeting.

We welcome submissions on any topic relevant to the broader themes of the working group:

- Methodological developments
- Colonisation, Mobility and migration
- Domestication process
- Health & Disease
- Adaptation and adaptedness to the human niche

More detailed information about the working group will be available shortly on the website ICAZ-AGPM2019.sciencesconf.org

Call for abstracts will start in February 2019 and proposals will be uploaded directly on the website.

The registration fee will include:

-	The evening closing ceremony will be hosted in a houseboat by the Seine river on October 18th (last day of the workshop).
- Free pass to all exhibitions at the Natural History Museum of Paris (including the Musée de l’homme)

So please keep that in mind to schedule your trip !

Many more informations very soon but from now please save the date!

Best wishes,

Thomas Cucchi
