Dear all,Please see below a request for info on impacts of bus service reduction/loss.Please contact Jennie directly.Regards,Zia
-----------------Dear AcademicColleagueAs a trustee of Bus Users UK (www.bususers.org) I am working with their CEOClaire Walters on a paper describing what happens when communities suffer areduction or complete loss of bus services, and proposing some strategies foraverting this.  The audience for the paper is general decision-makers andother non-expert stakeholders.  However we are very keen to base ourarguments on solid evidence and we are therefore looking for academic studies(papers, articles, dissertations etc) covering any aspect of bus servicereduction or loss.  Work covering outcomes of newly introduced or improvedbus services would also be very welcome!
If you can help at all, please get in touch.   All contributors willof course be cited in our paper.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Jennie Martin
