Working as part of our Academic Development team, the role focusses on the creation and delivery of a comprehensive range of academic development and recognition offerings, helping academic colleagues to further develop either their teaching practice or support their research practice. These offerings include a new Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP), which will be used to deliver the Academic Professional Apprenticeship, the HEA Professional Recognition Scheme, and DMU’s Universal Design for Learning (UDL) initiative, which you can find out all about in my article in the latest edition of SEDA's Educational Developments J
