Hi All, Just a reminder about our Science Communications Intern position as it closes this Friday! We are currently looking for a Science Communication Paid Intern: The Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging, part of the UCL Institute of Neurology, is seeking a Science Communications Intern to support the researchers in the dissemination and communication of the work within the Centre. Working closely with the Public Engagement Manager, the post holder will be developing content for our website and other UCL pages, assisting in the management of social media platforms, and other potential experience such as development of press releases. Applicants must have strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, IT proficiency at advanced user level (particularly in Excel), and a highly organised and professional approach. They must be available to work 1 day per week (this can be spilt into two half days if required). The post is available immediately and is funded on a casual basis at one day per week in the first instance by a grant from Wellcome. The rate will be £13.80 per hour including London Weighting.
