Yes, but "humanisation" is a bit like the "baby friendly" wording which looks as if all other units are "baby unfriendly" and here the opposite would be "unhuman birth"?...And all this gets under the skin of some people. I would vote for something which includes the "positive experience of WHO" and NO UNNECESSARY ACTION (if it's not broken why mend it?), and promotion of salutogenesis and empowerment...
