De Montfort University, Leicester, is looking for part-time hourly paid cover starting in early January 2019  for its Journalism and Society module for first year students. It’s a commitment from early January to early April and would be to teach three two-hour workshops (six hours a week) – Mondays 9am-11am; 11am-1pm and Tuesdays 12pm-2pm.

 

Topics include an introduction to Journalism and Politics, ethics, media law including defamation, contempt, copyright and privacy. Familiarity with UK law and press regulations is essential. If interested please email the programme leader, Andy Plaice – [log in to unmask]
