Hi All

I'm currently putting a business case together for the redevelopment of our online shop and looking to map out a digital strategy in terms of improving brand recognition and increasing online revenue streams.

I'm looking to benchmark against other museums & galleries online shops to ascertain our current position and what we should be aiming to achieve, so far I'm finding these metrics hard to come by!

Could anyone provide me with the following measurements of your organisations online performance?

Annual number of online shop visitors:
Annual online shop sales (£) (not ticketing/memberships): 
Annual number of transactions: 
Average transaction/basket value:
Average conversion rate:

If you are concerned about disclosing specific information I will gladly accept a rounded figure.
