Dear All
We are looking to source a training provider who can deliver training on effective enquiry handling, customer service and dealing with difficult situations.
We ’d like the team to be able to be able to recognise how they can take ownership of an enquiry even if they can’t help in the first instance and the importance of positive language.
Have you had any experience of using a particular training provider you could recommend?
