David Winchester Sadly David Winchester - who taught at the LSE (1970-78) and then Warwick (1978-2001) - died on October 23. His funeral will be on Friday November 16 and in the afternoon (from 1 p.m.) friends, family and colleagues are getting together to celebrate his life. This will be at The Orangery, Goldney Hall, University of Bristol, Lower Clifton Hill, Bristol BS8 1BH.
