Audience Development Manager
Maternity cover up to 12 Months, full-time, fixed-term contract
Inclusive salary range from £35,826 up to £39,599 per year
We are looking for a talented individual with the skills and expertise and a track record of driving through change to lead our curatorial and learning teams and cover this post whilst the permanent
postholder is on maternity leave. In this key role you will be developing new and existing audiences in order to increase access to, and engagement with, our collections and programmes.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate qualified to degree level or equivalent with previous experience of working within the museums and galleries sector. An excellent communicator, you will
have good organisational skills and have the ability to manage tight budgets and resources effectively. A key element of this role is the ability to work well with external partners and stakeholders to deliver the Heritage Lottery Funded Activity Plan for
St Albans Museum + Gallery.
