Hello, I just went through all of the prepared field maps for my subjects (which I will use with eddy) and found that a few of the field maps are upside down and not in the anatomically correct orientation. I looked back and found that the two gradient field maps and single phase map are all rotated after DICOM to NIFTI conversion. Is it possible to correctly orient them so that I can still use the field map for this subjects eddy correction? If so what are the best techniques to go about doing so?
