Hi Ken,

Randomise can deal with this, it's fine.

All the best,

Hello,

I was just wondering if FSL's Randomise function can handle with large class imbalance, ie if you have 50 patients in the experimental group and 1150 patients in the control group. Does having such imbalance affect the statistics or the ability to detect differences between groups? Thank you!

Best,
Ken
