Hi Manuel, the format of probtrackx2 (CPU and GPU) is:

# Number of coordinates for a specific streamline (length)
All the coordinates of a streamline

then the list includes all the survival streamlines
The coordinates include the seed point (first coordinate), so they can be an integer if they are defined from the center of a voxel
And you are right, when this first coordinate is repeated, the following coordinates are for the other direction tracked

Hi Moises,

I'm trying to covert one file to the other, I need to understand how are they stored:

After the # there is a number, is this the number of vertices of each image tract? then for my images it always appears 0 0 0, if I'm not wrong, I believe that this is the origin of the image. After this there are all the x y z coordinates, and all of them are float except 1 that is an integer. Should I assume that the integer is the seed of the tract and the float are the two direction tracked from that origin? Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Manuel
