Hi, We are running into a potential issue with fsl 6.0 as it appears that fsl 5.0.11 and 6.0 produce different results with the following command: fslmaths -dt input $input -bptf 50 5 $output The input file is the exact same file, but when this identical command is run with 5.0.11 and 6.0 the outputs have different values. The command still completes without any errors and does appear to do something (since it isn't an exact match with the input), just has a different result. Has anyone else noticed this issue or can replicate it? We are trying to figure out if this is a bug, a feature we need to understand, or if we need to keep running in 5.0.11.
