Hi everyone! I have some fMRI data preprocessed using ICA AROMA and now I would like to generate a connectivity matrix using this atlases: - HarvardOxford-cort-maxprob-thr25-2mm (48 ROIs) - HarvardOxford-sub-maxprob-thr25-2mm (21 ROIs) - Cerebellum-MNIfnirt-maxprob-thr25-2mm (28 ROIs) The steps that I have to do to generate the matrix are: 1. For each region of the atlas, extract the average time course; 2. Calculate the full correlation using Pearson; 3. Visualizing the matrix.
