Hi All, I am having issues running eddy_openmp on a mac (os 10.11). I am using the patched version of eddy_openmp (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/patches/eddy-patch-fsl-5.0.9/MacOsx10.9/). The executable works in the terminal ( it displays a help message), but if I actually try to execute it with imaging data I get the following errors: dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: ___emutls_get_address Referenced from: /opt/local/lib/libgcc/libgomp.1.dylib (which was built for Mac OS X 10.11) Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib dyld: Symbol not found: ___emutls_get_address Referenced from: /opt/local/lib/libgcc/libgomp.1.dylib (which was built for Mac OS X 10.11) Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib Trace/BPT trap: 5 Does anyone have any ideas? I browsed the web for a while..
