Hi everyone! I have done a first level analysis and a second level analyses on some data and now I have to do the third level to be able to answer the questions of interests that we have. In the first level I did an analysis for each of the runs of each subject using three contrasts we were intrested in testing. Then in the second level I averaged the runs for each subject and now for the third level I would like to know the answer to our questions of interest. The questions are 3: 1) activations in the groups 2) activations in the groups for the contrasts we wanted to test 3) how does all of these above link to the behavioral DVs we have I managed to do the 1 and 2 questions, but I am not sure about how to do the 3. I have doubts on how to actually model the DVs and the contrasts to use for this.
