Hi,

You can use the —label option in fslmeants if you’re feeding in an atlas.

Cheers,

Janine

Thank you Janine!

I know I can extract time course using fslmeants, but my question is: I have my data and the atlas, how can I extract the time course from the regions that are specified in the atlas for the data I have preprocessed?

Maybe I wasn't clear enough.

Thank you,
Carlotta.
