Dear FSL experts,


Suppose I have two groups (3 subjects in each group), and a voxel-wise regressor (gray matter probability map), and I want to compare group difference after regressing out the gray matter effects. I searched the mail-list, and found the solution (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1503&L=fsl&P=R94997&1=fsl&9=A&I=-3&J=on&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4) by setting the design matrix like this:

0 1 1

0 1 1

0 1 1
the third column would represent the voxel-wise regressor. 
However, when I use the Glm GUI to make the design matrix, by setting the "voxel-dependent EVs" to 1, the resulted design matrix would be different to the third column above. Specifically, the third column seems to be random numbers. Thanks in advance.
