Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. I tried to do this in FSLeyes as you suggested.

When I tried to resample my data which are 4D as I mentioned earlier I downsampled the x- and y-dimensions only. The z-dimension was the same after respampling but the 4th dimension dissapeared. So basically my data from 4D became 3D. Does this work only for 3D data?

Thank you for your help,
Gina

Hi Gina,

You can also do this from within FSLeyes, via the "Tools -> Resample
image" menu option.

Cheers,

Paul
